Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Frameroll ("Frameroll", "we", "us"), the seller and provider of the Frameroll website and artwork service. Contact us at hello@frameroll.co.
2. Acceptance
By using Frameroll or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
3. What we provide
Frameroll offers a library of frame designs. You choose a design, upload your own photographs, position them, and we produce a finished, flattened artwork file for you to download. Where offered, we may also arrange a printed version of your artwork.
4. Your photographs
You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photographs solely to create, deliver and support your artwork.
If a rights holder believes content on Frameroll infringes their rights, they can email hello@frameroll.co and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. We may remove content, refuse an order, or suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Frameroll:
- for anything unlawful, or to upload unlawful, abusive or hateful content;
- for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
- to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- to interfere with the security of the service, including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits.
6. Our intellectual property
All frame designs, artwork, software, branding and documentation remain the property of Frameroll. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the finished artwork you purchase. You may not resell, redistribute or licence our frame designs, extract the underlying design files, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
7. Orders, payment and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Accuracy of your order
Because each artwork is made from the photographs and placement you choose, please review your preview carefully before paying. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your email address and any delivery address.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Frameroll available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the photographs or content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where access ends, you may ask us for a copy of your purchased artwork for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order applies to that order.
14. General
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frameroll is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
